ADMS consultants provided crucial services for a recent move of Holt Eye Care from a small office, to a state of the art facility where technology has been implemented to improve workflow and speed, which in the end benefits the patients of the practice.
With Holt Eye Care being an office that uses Mac computers, finding support could have been difficult, but ADMS stepped up and met the challenges of building and configuring their network, streamlining the process of application and printer sharing, setting up their existing equipment as well as configuring new equipment. Not only was all of this completed successfully, but it resulted in zero regular business hour downtime.
Even more recently, Holt Eye Care approached ADMS with the request of finding a way to easily and efficiently make patient videos available from the reception area. ADMS made their recommendation and successfully implemented a solution that both met and even exceeded the expectations of the practice by making the videos viewable from any of the MACs in the office as well. They even went outside of their expertise and mounted the TV in the reception area!
At the completion of the most recent project, Dr. Amy Cousineau noted "I had the idea of sharing patient videos in the reception area almost 4 years ago and to see my idea come to life is very exciting." "There is definitely a learning curve in getting yourself into a 'paperless' mode. It does take time, but in all is a very nice commodity to have access too." Lisa noted that the transition has been made easier because "GoDox has been easy to use", she notes. "The versatility of the set up of your files is very nice."
